This is OPPOSED. OPPOSED because the City is supporting affordable housing that has 50 year covenants. By doing so, are creating a City that fifty years from now will have no affordable housing because of the 50 year covenants. The City should also make an effort to explain that affordable is not a fit for many tenants as the “affordable” means income restricted. CorruptionCorruptionCorruption.
