EEOC opens door to sue Activision for sexual harassment

Los Angeles- August 28, 2023. After a Black gay man claimed sexual harassment at Activision and was removed from the job, the EEOC has said it does not have enough evidence and dismissed the case. Activision contractors named include Roth Staffing, Williams Lea Company, and Robert Half International. All companies refused to conduct an adequate investigation after the Black gay worker complained while working at Activision.
