To whom it may concern:

This shall memorialize that in the past few days including yesterday, the owner has installed an overhead light outside the front door, and painted the mailboxes. (See picture). This is an 18 unit rent controlled building. The non-working intercom in unit 9 has still not been repaired (repair requests pending since 2014), and the unit 9 has not been assigned a tandem parking stall. Maintenance workers were here under the authority of the owner but made no repairs to the intercom and did not extend the stripes on stall #8 to make it a tandem parking stall.

I believe the actions of the owner and agents are done with malice, oppression, and fraud, and have caused damages to me in that I have spent around $93,000 in rent monies since 2014 to 2020, the civil statute of limitations notwithstanding at 3 year look back for personal injury (4 years for breach of the agreement).

Since 2014 I have paid approximately $93,000 in rent monies between 2014 and 2020. That rent money includes housing services like maintenance and parking. The intercom remains unusable and the application for available tandem parking has been ignored, in retaliation because I opposed the owner practices made unlawful by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.

My rent monies benefit the city government of Los Angeles.

The FBI is requested to investigate the property owner and their agents and the city government agencies/employees for their roles acting in concert in promising me fair housing and housing services and instead pocketing the money and part of such monies paid to the city employees and for purposes of criminal fraud. The property owner and city employees need to face criminal penalties. I request the FBI to investigate because these acts herein bear a similarity to the allegations against city council member Mark Ridley-Thomas.
